At Fymael, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy subject to the terms below.
Return Period You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- The item must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.
- Certain items such as intimate wear, accessories, and sale items may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return To request a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cs@fymael.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Intimate wear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized items.
